Digital Products
Shopalia Digital sells downloadable digital products, including ebooks, guides, and templates. No physical products are shipped.
Refund Eligibility
Because digital products are delivered instantly, purchases are generally non-refundable once the download link or file has been provided.
However, we may offer a replacement or refund in the following situations:
- You received the wrong digital file.
- The downloaded file is damaged or cannot be opened.
- You were charged more than once for the same order.
- You did not receive access to your purchased product.
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase. Please include your name, order number, email address, and a clear description of the issue.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not normally be provided if:
- You changed your mind after receiving or downloading the product.
- You purchased the product by mistake.
- You are unable to use the product due to incompatible software or devices.
